My name is Priscilla Elizondo, a dedicated mental health therapist who is committed to helping individuals navigate and overcome life’s challenges. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Throughout my career, I have worked in diverse settings including child welfare, case management in a hospital setting, and as a therapist in a clinical setting supporting individuals of all age groups from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
I specialize in working with women who have experienced perinatal depression, trauma and/or challenging family dynamics. I also have experience working with older teens and adults, who suffer from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, including individuals dealing chronic pain/illness.
Embracing life's journey with resilience and hope is possible, even when faced with challenges, life transitions, or the pursuit of balance. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together through your struggles, learn effective coping strategies, and embark on a journey towards positive change, healing, and growth.

Milo is an emotional support animal in training and plays a meaningful role in creating a calm, supportive environment. He has a gentle, friendly temperament and often helps clients feel more at ease and comfortable during session.
His presence can be especially helpful during moments of heightened emotion, anxiety, or distress, offering a sense of grounding as clients work through and regulate their feelings. At times, simply having a calm, comforting presence nearby can help create a sense of ease during more difficult conversations.
